Sometimes the damage requires a replacement part. When that happens we order what's needed, it's shipped directly to the guest's home. Once the part arrives the technician returns to complete the in-home repair. What happens if the part can not be obtained?
It happens more than you think, parts being discontinued. When it does it can be a huge disappointment to customers, until they are authorized with a store credit. We issue customers store credit for the full price they paid for the item.
